Progress and training analytics

What it is

The Progress page is your training in numbers: your streak, how many days you trained, the last 8 weeks against your weekly goal, how far along each plan is, a calendar of everything you did and a chart of which skills you spent time on.

How to use it

  1. Open Train, then Progress.
  2. Read the tiles at the top: current streak and longest, the last 7 days against your goal, days trained in the last 30 days, plans completed, and the last 30 days of plan days, coach workouts, lessons read, drills practiced and events attended.
  3. Check the weekly chart. Each bar is one week, the dashed line is your weekly goal, and a darker bar means you hit it.
  4. Scroll to Training plans to see each plan's progress and tap one to open it.
  5. Use the Workout calendar to look back. Move between months and tap a day to see what you did.
  6. Skill focus shows the share of your work by skill.

Rules and limits

  • Only athletes have data here. Without a finished athlete profile the page asks you to finish setup.
  • A day trained is any day you checked in with a session: a daily session, a plan day, a coach workout, a drill you marked practiced, a practice or game you marked attended, or a workout you logged. Rest Days do not count.
  • Your weekly goal is the training days per week you chose in your profile.
  • The calendar shows sessions, logged workouts, plan days, coach workouts, lessons, drills, events and Rest Days. The skill chart counts everything that has a skill. Lessons and Rest Days have none, so they are left out of the chart.
  • This page is read-only. Nothing you do here changes your data.

Edge cases

  • With nothing logged yet, you see a note and empty charts instead of an error.
  • The mobile app has no Progress page. Its Home shows your streak, your training numbers and a week calendar instead.
  • Weeks are rolling 7-day blocks ending on the dates shown, not calendar weeks.
  • Dates are in UTC, so an evening check-in in the US can land on the next day.
