- Assigning workoutsSend a workout to one athlete, or to a whole group you have filtered down to, and see who has done it. The athlete finds it with the rest of their day and ticks it off; it counts as a day trained.
- Coach roster and filtersYour coach home screen: every athlete you work with, how active each one has been, who is on a roll and who needs a nudge. On the web you can narrow the roster down to a group and send that group the same workout in one step.
- Coach setup, profile and email confirmationThe short setup a new coach completes once, the profile you can edit afterwards, and the email confirmation that lets families connect with you.
- Drill library and video clipsTwo things that help you build and coach a session. The drill library is a set of ready-made drills you can drop into a workout. Video clips let you send a short video to an athlete in your chat with them.
- Inviting athletes (QR, link and email)Three ways to get athletes (or assistant coaches) onto your roster: show a QR code, share a link, or email a list of addresses.
- Lessons: your own and assigning themLessons are short game-situation scenarios with a field diagram and a few key decision points. You can send any lesson from our library, or one you wrote yourself, to an athlete or a group, then see who has opened it.
- Messages from college coachesBetaA college coach (a "scout") who finds one of your players can write to you, the player's team coach. Those conversations are in your Scouts inbox. This is separate from the athlete's own conversations: parents are not copied, so you decide what to pass along.
- Messaging athletes, team hype and reactionsThree ways to stay in touch with your athletes inside the app: a one-to-one chat with each athlete, a quick cheer to your whole team, and emoji reactions to individual check-ins. Athletes see the cheers and reactions as notifications and a short celebration the next time they open the app.
- Team alerts and workout-finished alertsTwo kinds of notifications. A team alert is a short announcement you send to your athletes, like "Practice moved to 6pm". A workout-finished alert is one you ask for: you get a notification when a particular athlete finishes their workout.
- Teams, assistant coaches and team planA team lets several coaches share one roster. You create the team, add assistant coaches and players, and every coach on the staff can see and train the whole roster. Each coach has a role on each team they belong to.
- Vouching for an athleteA vouch puts your name on an athlete's public page as a coach who stands behind them. It only shows once the athlete, or a parent for a younger player, says yes.
