- Payment information: billing is handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.

- To provide and personalize the training and recruiting features
- To process payments and manage subscriptions
- To send account-related emails (receipts, password resets)
- To improve and debug the platform

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate the platform (e.g., Stripe for payments, Vercel for hosting) under strict data-processing agreements.

Users under 13 may only use Next Athletix through a parent or guardian account. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13 without parental consent, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing support@nextathletix.com. We will delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
