Welcome to Next Athletix. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Use of the Service
Next Athletix provides AI-powered training plans, college recruiting tools, and related features for softball and baseball athletes. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it. Do not share your credentials. Notify us immediately at support@nextathletix.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your Account page. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe one was made in error.
4. Content
Training content, drills, and recommendations provided by Next Athletix are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional athletic or medical advice. Always consult qualified coaches or medical professionals before beginning any training program.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to misuse the service, including by:
- Sharing account credentials with others
- Attempting to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform
- Using the service in any way that violates applicable law
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Next Athletix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms and updating the date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
